When Moleskine launched the grey cahier notebook, they called on several illustrators and designers to come up with a drawing or a graphic to promote the product online. The texture of the cover stood out to me, and so I gave it importance by keeping a subdued color scheme and developing a handwritten text with white pen. The quote, one of my personal favorites, is by surrealist Andre Breton. Photographs of the results were posted on Moleskine’s website and reposted on several other international blogs.
