Moleskine requested ideas for a special collection of notebooks to be sold exclusively at Target, the American retailer. My concept based on circles and rings of illustrations won the contract.
When we draw and write inside Moleskine notebooks, if we reduce the concept to its basics, we can say that we produce a big quantity of lines. Intersecting and running one next to the other, these lines create a series of rings. Layer after layer they whisper to us the key ideas of our lives. Along with the cover illustrations I developed smaller art for the inside of the books, and also the graphics for the in-store displays.
